Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Fund Manager to oversee and manage investment portfolios, ensuring optimal returns while mitigating risks. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in portfolio management, investment analysis, and market research, combined with exceptional decision-making and leadership skills.  


Key Responsibilities:

1. Portfolio Management:

  • Strategize and execute investment decisions to meet client and organizational objectives.  
  • Develop and manage diversified portfolios across asset classes such as equities, fixed income, and alternative investments.  


2. Investment Strategy:  

  • Analyze macroeconomic trends, market conditions, and industry developments to identify investment opportunities.  
  • Create long-term strategies and tactical asset allocation models to achieve optimal performance.  


3. Research and Analysis:  

  • Conduct thorough financial analysis, including company valuations, sector studies, and risk assessments.  
  • Stay updated on regulatory, political, and economic factors influencing the markets.  


4. Client Engagement: 

  • Communicate investment strategies, portfolio updates, and performance reviews to stakeholders and clients.  
  • Address client queries, ensuring transparency and confidence in portfolio decisions.  


5. Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure adherence to regulatory and organizational policies.  
  • Continuously monitor portfolio risks, implementing appropriate measures to safeguard assets.  


6. Team Collaboration and Leadership:

  • Mentor junior analysts and portfolio managers, fostering a culture of excellence.  
  • Collaborate with other teams to align investment strategies with overall business goals.  


Qualifications and Skills: 

  • Minimum 5+ years as a Fund Manager, Portfolio Manager, or Analyst.  
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.  
  • CFA, CA, or equivalent is highly preferred.  
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, instruments, and global economic trends.  
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, portfolio analysis tools, and risk management systems.  
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and decision-making skills.  
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in dynamic market conditions.
