Located in Balewadi in Pune, it has over 5000employees.We are looking for a Design EngineerOHE/OCS/OLE – Contact Line Systems – Rail Electrification (m/f/d) meeting theneed for smart-mobility solutions.We are making the lives of people whotravel easier and more enjoyable while constantly developing new, intelligentmobility solutions.Yournew responsibilities and tasks – Challenging and future orientedPreparation of project related layout design and documentation for Overhead Catenary Systems (in the field of Railway Electrification projects) considering customer specifications and the Siemens’ regulations and standardsDesign documents such as calculations, SLDs, Layouts, cable schedule related to TSSDesign models and drawings incl. 3D data driven models, layout plan, bonding plans, cross sections, clearance study & profiles, isolation diagrams and instructionsAllocation Design for Contact Line Systems with Open Rail Designer (Microstation based) and/or AutoCADHandling of OHE/OCS/OLE data within the Building Information Modelling Process (BIM)Elaboration of conceptional solutions and finding answers to ambitious requirementsClarification of internal and external interfaces related to Railway Electrification and contact line systemsTechnical support, analysis of technical problems and answering of technical inquiries in collaborationwith the installation, the project engineering team and the project managementPlanning and controlling of one’s own engineering work packages in view of date, cost and quality aspectsProduct support in view of standardization and documentation.Yourqualification – Well-grounded and adequateBachelor’s degree or above in electrical engineering, civil or mechanical engineeringPreferable 3+ years of professional experience in the field of overhead catenary designKnowledge of overhead contact line systems layout designKnowledge of BIM ModellingProfessional experience in Open Rail Designer, or any Microstation modeling software and/or ACADKnowledge of relevant Indian, European and international standards and railway safety principlesKnowledge of traction power supply AC and DCKnowledge of engineering processesExperience in international project working environmentIntercultural experience and good English languageWe’vegot quite a lot to offer.
