Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Lead Full-Stack Developer at GoPlugable. As a Lead Full-Stack Developer, you will oversee the development and maintenance of both front-end and back-end systems. Your day-to-day tasks will include designing and implementing new features, optimizing performance, conducting code reviews, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will play a crucial role in shaping the technology stack and architecture and mentoring and guiding junior developers.


Responsibilities


• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of web applications using ASP.NET Core and Angular technologies.

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring high-quality code, adherence to best practices, and timely delivery of projects.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.

• Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering their professional growth and development.

• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to maintain code quality and consistency.

• Architect scalable and maintainable solutions that meet business requirements and industry standards.

• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, and propose innovative solutions to enhance our development processes and products.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• 5-8 years of experience in web development using ASP.NET MVC, ASP. NET Core and Angular (combined)

• Proven track record of leading and managing development teams in the delivery of complex web applications.

• Expertise in ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, C#, Entity Framework Core, and SQL Server.

• Strong proficiency in Angular and TypeScript.

• Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and web services integration.

• Solid understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.


Preferred Qualifications


• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.

• Certification in ASP.NET Core or Angular development.
