We are currently seeking an Associate Consultant (ACON) / webMethods Integration Specialist to drive our mission of delivering innovative solutions that optimize key business processes for our clients while reducing costs and inefficiencies. As an Associate Consultant webMethods Integration Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in implementing successful solutions and providing technical expertise to our clients.
Reporting to the Integration Manager, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, collaborating with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to achieve project objectives. Noteworthy about our team is our commitment to mentorship and growth, where you will have the opportunity to coach and guide junior members, fostering their development and scaling their skills rapidly.
Key stakeholders for this role include immediate clients, supervisors, and peers. Your ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, will be crucial in engaging with stakeholders and presenting solutions. Additionally, you'll have the chance to travel extensively, up to 50% of the time, as part of client teams, providing senior-level expertise and ensuring project success.

**Essential Functions:**
- Apply technical skills to implement solutions for clients, optimizing their business processes.
- Provide expertise in webMethods Integration and related products.
- Develop web services and contribute to Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) projects.
- Guide the creation and reuse of components, ensuring adherence to design patterns.
- Mentor junior team members and actively participate in client projects.
**Minimum Requirements:**
- Bachelor’s/B.Tech degree in Computer Science or related field.
-Minimum 3-5 years of related work experience.
- Experience in areas such as Java/C++, XML, RDBMS, Unix/NT, E-commerce, CRM, ERP, or EAI.
- Familiarity with webMethods or Software AG products.
**Nice to Haves:**
- Additional experience in Tibco, SeeBeyond, or Vitria.
- Industry Fortune 500 experience.
