  • Patch and update management
  • User account and permission handling (Active Directory, etc.)

Networking:

  • Basic IP addressing, DNS, DHCP knowledge
  • LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi troubleshooting
  • VPN connectivity setup

Other:

  • Knowledge of IT asset management tools
  • Ticketing/helpdesk systems
  • Remote support tools (TeamViewer, Any Desk, RDP, etc.)
  • Strong problem-solving ability
  • Communication skills (explaining solutions to non-technical users)
