Position: Vibration Analysis Intern


Role Overview:

We are seeking hard-working and culture-oriented individuals to join our Vibration Analysis team. As a Vibration Analysis Intern, you will analyze and report on the general health of rotating equipment. Your work will support the customer experience through our industry-leading products and services. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of mechanical systems and is eager to expand their skill set by analyzing machinery vibrations.


Responsibilities:

  • Review and report on the general health of rotating equipment.
  • Analyze data from multiple sources (including temperature and vibration) to predict and prevent machine failure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and customer contacts to analyze data and create customer-oriented solutions to prevent equipment downtime.
  • Occasionally travel to customer facilities as needed.
  • Shadow, learn, and work alongside a team of Vibration Analysts.
  • Comply with OSHA, safety regulations, and company standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned and directed.


Qualifications:

  • Preferred: 4th Year Pursuing OR Bachelor's or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering , or equivalent experience.
  • Minimal vibration analysis experience preferred.
  • Understanding of mechanical systems and rotating equipment.
  • Customer-first focus and attitude, with the ability to work with individuals at all corporate levels.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
