Requirements

The role of Care Manager is among the most challenging but rewarding within the company. The opportunity to mold a service with the help and guidance of a vastly experienced Board of Directors and Head of Care Service along with robust structures of policies, procedures and practices already in place.

Key responsibilitiesEfficiently manage the day to day running of the business.

Allocate resources and monitor performance to deliver high quality home care to customers within budget.

Manage all aspects of the staff team and provide sound leadership to ensure staff are clear about their respective duties and responsibilities and have the support they need to carry out their roles safely.

Monitor and maintain the compliance and quality of the branch against the standards set by the parent company, liaising with CQC where required with the support initially from the Head of Care Service.

RequirementsMust have a passion to care for others. Must have a smartphone. Must be at least 18 years old. Working between the hours of 6am – 2:30pm (AM shift) or 3.30pm - 11pm (PM shift) Working alternative weekends or every Saturday/Sunday Must have a right to work in the UK. Don’t worry if you don’t have experience in care, we can provide industry leading training that ensures even though with no knowledge of the role can become the very best Care Workers. Responsibilities Community Care Workers are required to undertake various tasks for clients such as washing, dressing, preparing meals, administering medication, companionship, and general assistance with everyday living for those who are unable to manage these themselves physically.
