About Wadhwani Innovation Network: Wadhwani Innovation Network (WIN) is dedicated to fostering innovation and entrepreneurship in emerging markets. We aim to accelerate the development of scalable solutions that address critical social and economic challenges.
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with over 10 years of experience to lead and oversee our innovative programs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in program management, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement, with a passion for driving impactful change in the innovation landscape. Key areas of working would be around:
- Project Support : Assists program director in ensuring the projects are progressing towards commercialization
- Stakeholder Engagement : Connect projects with mentors, government, and funding partners.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor milestones, report updates, and identify support needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Leadership:
- Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of multiple programs aligned with WIN's mission.
- Develop and maintain program roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and objectives.
2.Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, funders, and community organizations.
- Facilitate collaboration among diverse teams and ensure effective communication.
3.Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define program strategies and goals.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the innovation ecosystem.
4.Monitoring and Evaluation:
- Establish metrics and KPIs to assess program impact and effectiveness.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
5.Team Development:
- Mentor and support program team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
- Lead training and development initiatives to enhance team capabilities.
6.Budget Management:
- Oversee program budgets, ensuring financial sustainability and compliance with funding requirements.
- Identify opportunities for funding and resource mobilization.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in any branch of Science/ Engineering / Medicine
- 10+ years of experience in program management, managing funding initiatives with focus on innovation, entrepreneurship, or social impact.
- Strong understanding of the innovation ecosystem and experience working in emerging markets.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and teams effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance measurement tools.
