About the Role:

The Director – IQAC will be responsible for establishing, coordinating, and continuously improving the quality assurance framework across Saraswati Group of Institutions. This is a strategic leadership position focused on driving academic excellence, compliance with accreditation requirements, and enhancing institutional performance in teaching, research, and community engagement.

Role Highlights:

• Lead and manage the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) to ensure compliance with NAAC, NBA, PCI, AICTE, and other regulatory bodies.
• Design and implement institutional quality policies, systems, and procedures for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate preparation and submission of Annual Quality Assurance Reports (AQARs), SSRs, and other accreditation documentation.
• Facilitate internal and external academic audits to monitor quality benchmarks.
• Promote quality-related research and innovative teaching methodologies.
• Organize workshops, seminars, and faculty development programs on quality assurance and best practices.
• Liaise with management, faculty, and stakeholders to maintain transparency and quality in academic and administrative processes.
• Ensure alignment of institutional processes with vision, mission, and long-term goals of the organization.

CTC: ₹50,000 – ₹85,000 (based on experience)

Candidate Requirements:

• Ph.D. preferred (or Postgraduate degree with significant experience in quality assurance and accreditation processes).
• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in academia, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role related to IQAC/Accreditation.
• Strong understanding of NAAC/NBA accreditation processes and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven track record of leading institutional quality improvement initiatives.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with senior management and faculty members to achieve organizational objectives.
