Overview: TheSenior Site Engineer Interior Finishing plays a crucial role inoverseeing and managing the interior finishing aspects ofconstruction projects in Nungambakkam. They are responsible forensuring that the interior finishing work meets high qualitystandards is completed within the specified timelines and adheresto the project requirements andregulations. KeyResponsibilities:

Coordinate withproject managers architects and subcontractors to understandinterior finishing requirementsOversee theinstallation of interior finishes such as flooring ceilings wallsand fixturesEnsure compliance with buildingcodes safety standards and qualityassuranceDevelop and implement project plansand schedules for interior finishingworkManage and supervise onsite constructionactivities related to interiorfinishingConduct regular inspections toidentify and resolve any issues ordefectsCollaborate with vendors and suppliersto procure highquality finishingmaterialsProvide technical expertise andguidance to the construction teamMonitor andreport on project progress budget and resourceutilizationEnsure effective communication andcoordination within the project team andstakeholdersResolve any conflicts or issuesthat arise during the interior finishingphaseAdhere to environmental andsustainability requirements during the finishingprocessPrepare and maintain accuratedocumentation and records related to interiorfinishingConduct final inspections and handover completed interior finishingworkRequiredQualifications:

Bachelors degree inCivil Engineering or related fieldProvenexperience as a site engineer or construction manager with a focuson interior finishingIndepth knowledge ofinterior finishing materials techniques andprocessesStrong project management andcoordination skillsAbility to read andinterpret construction drawings andspecificationsExcellent understanding ofbuilding codes regulations and safetystandardsProficiency in constructionmanagement software and toolsEffectivecommunication and interpersonalskillsLeadership abilities and experience inmanaging teamsAttention to detail and qualitywith a focus on delivering highstandardfinishesProblemsolving and decisionmakingcapabilities under timeconstraintsUnderstanding of sustainableconstruction practices and environmentalconsiderationsAbility to work effectively in afastpaced and dynamic constructionenvironmentCertification in constructionmanagement or related field is a plusKnowledgeof relevant software applications such as AutoCAD and MSProjectImmediateJoiners are preferred.
