About Team & Product/Project Details

Synergy is seeking an experienced Senior level Frontend Software Engineer to work as a key team member developing web-based solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a solid knowledge of frontend development. 

What you will be doing

The Technical Lead (Frontend) will be working as part of an agile team with other passionate, driven, and talented people, creating healthcare solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include developing interactive web-based, mobile, and/or desktop applications using Synergy as well as industry best practices to deliver high value and quality to users.

What you bring (Experience Level & Mandatory Skills in potential candidate)

•Candidate should have strong fundamentals in modern frontend frameworks (Angular, React or others). React/Angular is a plus.

•You possess experience in end-to-enddevelopmentfor crossdevice and crossplatform applications

•Hands on experience in JavaScript, TypeScript, modern frontend frameworks.

•You have working knowledge of Release management and Source control tools.

•You will be a team member who is able to work self-guided to convert rich interactive designs to web applications that conform Synergy and industry standards and best practices.

•Knowledge of Continuous integration and Continuous Development (CICD) process

•Good communication & presentation skills.

•Produce code to the highest standards while adhering to industry accepted architecture and design pattern techniques and methodologies.

Desired Skills, Qualifications and Technical Requirements

•Graduate in Computer Science and/or Engineering.

•Hands-on knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, NPM.

•Hands-on experience working with Object Oriented JavaScript (OOJS), JavaScript - and practical uses in building complex interactive experiences, primarily with ECMAScript 2015+. You should be uptodate with new specifications (different stages), and, using transpilers like Babel to use features from all stages.

•Good understanding of creational and structural design patterns in JavaScript.

•Experience working with Single Page Applications (SPA) with universal rendering capabilities.

•Experience of working with TDD in JS with the help of frameworks like Jasmine, Mocha, Karma etc is a plus.

•Good understanding of the Web Components standard.

•Hands-on experience with Frontend Performance Optimization with respect to resource loading strategy, CPU/Memory profiling on the browser.

•Experience using fluid grids, and building responsive/adaptive websites using Bootstrap etc.

•Good experience of SEO and accessibility and making it part of the development workflow.

•Automates testing at unit, module and integration level as needed using tools relevant for the platform.

•Moderate to Strong graphics manipulation/optimization skills using Photoshop is a plus.

•Mentor junior engineers in helping review code, guiding on technical decision making.

•AWS/GCP/AZURE experience.

•Healthcare Industry experience.
