With teams across the UK, India, and South Africa, they specialise in cloud-based analytics and data platform engineering using Snowflake, Matillion, and Databricks.They foster a collaborative, learning-driven culture that values initiative, problem-solving, and ownership - an ideal setup for experienced data engineers looking to grow into leadership roles.Role Overview:We're looking for Senior Data Platform Consultants (S1-S3) to join the Pune team and play a key role in delivering long-term client data initiatives.You'll work closely with UK-based clients, leading service delivery, optimising live environments, and mentoring junior team members - all while remaining hands-on in the cloud data engineering space.Key Responsibilities:Lead client engagements within a managed services environmentEnsure proactive service delivery, issue resolution, and SLA adherenceProvide technical leadership across Snowflake, Matillion, and related toolsBuild, optimise, and maintain data pipelines and workflowsMentor and guide junior consultants within the teamCollaborate with UK clients to drive platform performance and improvementsMaintain detailed documentation and promote knowledge sharingEssential Skills & Experience:7-10+ years of experience in data engineering for analyticsStrong expertise in Snowflake and Matillion (or similar ETL tools)Sound understanding of data modelling (Kimball methodology) and warehousing conceptsExperience in service delivery and client-facing rolesFamiliarity with ServiceNow, Jira, and ideally ITIL certificationDesirable:Experience working across multi-team or large-scale delivery environmentsKnowledge of Databricks, Azure/AWS/GCP, or CI/CD practicesExposure to 24x7 managed services or global delivery setupsWhy Apply:Permanent hybrid role based in PuneImmediate joiners and relocators welcome - relocation support availableComprehensive benefits including healthcare, insurance, and wellbeing perksOpportunity to work with UK-based clients on high-impact data projectsApply Now:If you're an experienced data platform consultant ready to lead, mentor, and shape modern data ecosystems, we'd love to hear from you.
