Aimtrex Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager Mechanical with strong leadership qualities and the ability to make quick technical decisions. The candidate will be responsible for leading mechanical project teams, ensuring smooth coordination between design and site execution, and delivering projects within aggressive timelines (612 months) while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Role & responsibilities :

  • Project & Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate project and design teams to achieve project goals.

  • Allocate resources effectively and monitor team performance.

  • Ensure timely release of drawings, designs, and technical documents in line with project schedules.

  • Design & Technical Management

  • Review and check mechanical designs for constructability and ease of installation.

  • Coordinate design reviews to ensure alignment with project requirements.

  • Provide technical direction to the design team and ensure compliance with standards.

  • Site & Execution Support

  • Anticipate and resolve challenges that site engineers may face during installation and implementation of designs.

  • Ensure constructible, practical, and cost-effective design solutions.

  • Provide on-site technical support and ensure smooth coordination between design and execution teams.

  • Decision Making & Problem Solving

  • Make quick, effective technical decisions to keep projects on track.

  • Identify potential risks and implement corrective actions proactively.

  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve design/execution conflicts.

  • Timeline & Delivery Focus

  • Drive projects to completion within short project tenures (6 months to 1 year).

  • Prioritize speed and efficiency without compromising quality.

  • Maintain strict adherence to project schedules and client deadlines.

  • Stakeholder Management

  • Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment on project deliverables.

  • Present project progress, technical solutions, and design justifications to management and clients.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 10+ years of experience in mechanical project management, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, project execution, and installation challenges.
  • Proven track record in delivering projects within tight schedules.
