  • Make Phone calls to customer.
  • Must reply to consumer inquiries phone call
  • Have to be detailed oriented with the business to understand customers queries.
  • Need to escalate issues and seek advice when faced with complex issue/problems
  • Must be able to suggest improvement ideas that decrease time, improved accuracy or

strengthen controls.

  • Maintain a record of customers' interactions, and manage customer's accounts.
  • MIS Reporting
  • Excellent problem- solving skills
  • Detailed – oriented personality
  • Well versed in excel.
  • Experience in Retails Asset Operations.
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Verbal and Written Communication Skill
  • Relationship management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹12,000.00 per month
