Position Overview:
We are looking for a Visa Consultant with a minimum of 3 years of experience handling corporate clients. The resource will be responsible for assisting B2B customers and travelers in processing business and tourist visas. This includes providing end-to-end support, ensuring smooth visa application processes, and keeping clients informed at every stage.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Visa Support:
- Guide customers through the visa application process for both business and tourist visas.
- Ensure timely collection, verification, and submission of required documents.
- Address client queries and provide solutions for visa-related issues.
- Customer Communication:
- Act as the single point of contact for clients during the visa process.
- Provide regular updates on application status, requirements, and changes in policies.
- Maintain clear, professional, and prompt communication with clients.
- Process Management:
- Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and third-party service providers to ensure smooth visa processing.
- Monitor and adhere to visa processing timelines and deadlines.
- Keep track of visa expiry dates and renewal processes for repeat customers.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
- Provide tailored solutions to meet client-specific requirements.
- Documentation & Compliance:
- Ensure all applications comply with the legal and regulatory requirements of destination countries.
- Maintain accurate records of applications, payments, and communication.
- Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in visa processing, preferably with corporate clients.
- Strong understanding of business and tourist visa application procedures and documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in email communication and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail and customer satisfaction focus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in B2B customer service.
- Familiarity with visa-related compliance and regulations in different countries.
