Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring successful delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs and business objectives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for innovation.

- Define product requirements and specifications, prioritizing features based on customer feedback, technical feasibility, and business value.

- Work closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications and user stories.

- Drive agile development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management.

- Monitor product performance and user feedback, iterating on features and functionalities to improve user experience and product success.

- Develop go-to-market strategies and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive product adoption and revenue growth.

- Analyze product metrics and KPIs to measure performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.

- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape, continuously expanding knowledge and expertise.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.

- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.

- Experience with product analytics and data visualization tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Tableau.

- Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Sketch.

- Knowledge of web and mobile technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, iOS, and Android.

- Understanding of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

- Experience with API integrations and web services.

- Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and tools.

- Familiarity with UX/UI principles and user-centered design methodologies.

- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

- 6-8 years of experience in product management, preferably in the tech industry.

- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products from concept to launch.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve product goals.

- Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for innovation and driving business growth.

- Relevant certifications in product management or project management are a plus.
