Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Assistant, located in Mumbai. The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for conducting market research, assisting the sales and marketing teams, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include gathering and analyzing market data, supporting sales initiatives, and communicating with clients to ensure satisfaction and feedback.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in Market Research and Sales
  • Experience in Sales & Marketing strategies and operations
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the steel or manufacturing industry is a plus
