Sr. Project Architect

Qualification:

B.Arch/ Masters in similar field.

Experience:

8-13 years

The ideal candidate will be a qualified architect who is able to construct clear diagrams using AutoCAD. This candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion and diligently communicate with necessary people to ensure timely execution. He/she will be responsible for architectural design, project management, and ensuring the successful execution of projects.This candidate should also be able to conduct quality assurance checks on a frequent basis in order to ensure regulations are being followed.

Location: Delhi

ResponsibilitiesCreate and maintain architectural documentation and diagrams.Drive architectural reviews and discussions.Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality of work and adherence to safety standardsOversee and make recommendations throughout entire construction processCollaborate with various teams in order to establish goals, schedules and budgets

RequirementsBachelor's or Master’s degree in architecture8+ years of experienceStrong skills in architectural design and project managementExcellent problem-solving and analytical abilitiesIndividual project handling.Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch up, Photoshop etc.Strong organizational, creative and presentation skillsRelevant professional certifications and licenses
