Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Chief Engineer, located in Sakleshpur. The Assistant Chief Engineer will oversee the maintenance and repair of all physical aspects of the property, including mechanical systems, heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical systems. Responsibilities also include managing the engineering team, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, conducting regular inspections, and responding to maintenance requests promptly. The role requires coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and minimal disruption to guests.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Experience managing engineering teams and maintenance operations
• Proficiency in preventive maintenance and repair techniques
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Relevant certifications and licenses are a plus
