Responsibilities

  • End-to-end processing of complex US Retirement transactions including Withdrawals, Contributions, Loans, Forfeitures, Rollovers, Terminations, etc.
  • Handling client queries and transaction investigations
  • Reviewing and training team members (JL4B & JL4A)
  • Ensuring SLA compliance and continuous process improvement
  • Client interactions and handling audits
  • Team supervision and operational control (JL4A only)
