Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

Plan and execute the installation and commissioning of company Roboshot - All Electric Plastic Injection Molding Machine .- Coordinate and conduct critical mold trials at the Technical Centre in collaboration with the Sales team and customers.-
Provide onsite or in-house training to customers on the effective utilization of superior Roboshot features.- Optimize cycle time after mold trials at customer sites and provide clear explanations on Roboshot superiority compared to competitors.- Continuously enhance the Tech Centre machine with localized options, offering customers comprehensive solutions.- Prepare compelling case studies illustrating the benefits of Roboshot over competitors in terms of Total Lowest Cost of Ownership.- Maintain a comprehensive database of Roboshot success stories across various application segments and assist the Sales team in Roboshot promotion.- Ensure the maintenance of product samples with relevant details at a central location and provide periodic information updates to the Sales team.- Demonstrate sound knowledge of various plastic raw materials, their properties, and applications across different segments.- Study customer sample parts or drawings to propose the optimal machine size with accurate optional features.- Provide cycle time and power consumption estimations to customers along with machine utilization per month for specific projects.- Advise customers on effectively interfacing auxiliary equipment with Roboshot.- Collaborate closely with raw material suppliers, auxiliary equipment suppliers, mold manufacturers, and industry experts to gather and share effective information.- Work closely with the Service team to provide application support and plan critical spares to prevent machine breakdowns.- Develop a clear plan to support customers in improving machine capability and building competent teams at their premises.- Represent the company and conduct technical product demonstrations at various marketing venues such as exhibitions, trade shows, and customer open houses.- Integrate low-cost automation techniques to design optimal tools, jigs, fixtures, and molds.- Fulfill other duties as assigned.
Profile Expectations:
-
BE/ B.Tech/Diploma- CIPET in Mechanical/Plastic processing/Polymers/Tool & Die making engineering streams.- 3-6 years of experience, with a minimum of 3 years in the operations of Plastic Injection Molding machines.- Thorough understanding of molds and experience working on CNC machines for Plastic Injection Molding.- Demonstrated management skills including organization, problem-solving, prioritizing, communication, documentation, leadership, motivational, and cooperative team management.- Technical aptitude with the ability to research, understand, and communicate concepts associated with a given technology.- Ability to thrive in an environment characterized by high growth, participation, and change.- Maintain poise and focus under time constraint pressures and adverse conditions.- Proficiency in using MS applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).- Willingness to travel extensively and engage with creative individuals in the engineering world.
