Job Title: Senior SAP SD/CS Functional ConsultantLocation: Pune/Nagpur, MaharashtraJob Type: Full-TimeWorking Hours: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM ISTWe are looking for someone to join immediatelyPosition Summary:We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP SD/CS Functional Consultant to join our team onsite in Pune or Nagpur. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP SD with a solid background in Customer Service (CS) processes. This role demands in-depth knowledge of billing, equipment, service contracts, and Adobe Forms, along with a good understanding of PMO practices.Key Responsibilities:Configure and manage SAP SD/CS modules, with a focus on:Equipment Master DataSerial Number ManagementFunctional Locations (including hierarchical structuring)Equipment HierarchiesWarranty ManagementInstalled Base (I-Base) ManagementLead billing processes and integration with Adobe FormsWork with service contracts and equipment-related configurationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams for solution design and implementationProvide expertise in project governance and PMO-related activities as neededRequired Skills & Experience:7–10 years of hands-on experience as an SAP SD Functional ConsultantStrong functional knowledge of SAP CS moduleProven experience with equipment and service contract processesExpertise in SAP billing and Adobe FormsWorking knowledge of PMO methodologies and documentationExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsRegards,Jagannath
