Role Description

This is a contract position for a Java Spring boot Enterprise Application Developer for a client of CHC in India. This is a hybrid role that allows for 3 days of remote work. The developer will be responsible for coding, testing, debugging, and deploying enterprise applications using Java Spring boot technologies.


Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Implement RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end applications and external systems.
  • Develop and manage microservices-based architectures, ensuring modularity, performance, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, QA, and Product, to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance application performance to ensure high availability.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration processes.
  • Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for deployment and management of applications.
  • Utilize containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes for effective application deployment.
