We are seeking a motivated and result-driven Tele caller with 1 to 4 years of experience in cold calling, lead nurturing, and demo scheduling. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills in Hindi, Telugu, and English, and should be comfortable engaging with potential customers over the phone to generate interest and set up products/service demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases
  • Prior experience in B2C or B2B lead generation
  • Identify customer needs and qualify prospects through effective questioning
  • Nurture leads and follow up regularly to build relationships and maintain engagement
  • Schedule product/service demos for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and update CRM tools with call outcomes and next steps
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall targets and improve conversion rates
  • Handle customer objections professionally and provide necessary information
  • Exposure to scheduling demos for SaaS, EdTech, Financial, or similar industries
  • Experience in using CRM tools or lead management software
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
