Job Description:

We are seeking a Lead Hardware Engineer to join our dynamic Hardware Business Unit. This pivotal role involves leading teams and projects, developing high-quality embedded products, and engaging in the complete hardware development lifecycle. You'll be instrumental in driving innovation in power domain electronics and complex design solutions, while also managing client relationships through regular project reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple teams and projects in hardware development.
  • Architect and design embedded products, ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Oversee the full hardware development cycle, including validation and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop electronic products in the power domain, employing novel approaches to complex problems.
  • Engage in high-level requirement analysis discussions.
  • Manage client relationships through regular project review calls.

Technical Experience Required:

  • Proven experience across all stages of Hardware Product Development Lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with processors/controllers such as ST, Microchip, TI, Freescale, NXP.
  • Expertise in high-speed board design, multi-layer board design, and signal integrity.
  • Proficiency in SMPS designs, high-voltage power design, analog and mixed-signal design.
  • Knowledge of interfaces like CAN, LIN, USB, I2C, SPI, UART is advantageous.
  • Experience in EMI/EMC compliance.
  • Proficiency in tools like ORCAD, ALLEGRO, ALTIUM, PADS.
  • Competency in using lab instruments like multi-meters, oscilloscopes, function generators, and logic analyzers.
