Role Description

We are looking for an
enthusiastic and hands-on AI Engineer (Fresher)
to join our team in Bengaluru.

This is a
full-time, on-site role
ideal for someone who has been experimenting with AI tools, building websites, apps, and automation workflows, and wants to transform that curiosity into real-world impact.

The role combines
AI experimentation, coding, and automation
—giving you exposure to how modern AI products are built and scaled. You'll be guided by senior engineers but encouraged to
bring your own ideas, hacks, and prototypes
to the table.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and test
    AI-powered apps, chatbots, and internal tools
    using APIs and frameworks (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.).
  • Work with
    automation tools
    (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Make, Airflow) to connect systems, streamline workflows, and enhance productivity.
  • Write, debug, and maintain
    Python/JavaScript code
    to ensure AI solutions are functional and efficient.
  • Contribute to
    data preprocessing, cleaning, and integrations
    for AI-driven systems.
  • Collaborate with the team to
    brainstorm, prototype, and deploy AI use-cases
    in real-world applications.
  • Explore new AI releases, automation tools, and share learnings with the team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
    in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or demonstrable portfolio/GitHub projects).
  • Strong coding and debugging skills in
    Python and/or JavaScript
    .
  • Exposure to
    AI/ML libraries and APIs
    (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, OpenAI API, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of
    automation tools
    (n8n, Zapier, Make, Airflow, or similar).
  • Good understanding of
    web/app development basics
    (React, , Flask, or similar).
  • Problem-solving mindset, curiosity, and ability to
    learn fast and adapt
    .

Nice-to-Have (Not Mandatory)

  • Experience setting up
    automation workflows
    across SaaS platforms.
  • Prior participation in
    hackathons, Kaggle competitions, or side-projects
    involving AI/automation.
  • Familiarity with
    cloud services
    (AWS, GCP, Azure, Vercel, Supabase) for deployment.
