Position Responsibilities We are looking for a Product Management Specialist to join our Product Management team, playing a crucial role in driving the success of our integrations with third-party solutions. In this role, you will work as part of the product team to both advance our native product integration ecosystem, as well as support our Deltek Marketplace partner network as it pertains to partner-driven integrations to Deltek products. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, third-party partners, and internal / external stakeholders to identify integration opportunities, define business and technical requirements, and support the successful delivery of integration solutions that enhance Deltek’s product ecosystem.Do you have a passion for ERP software, B2B integrations, technology and a thirst for software product innovation? This team is looking for an experienced product manager who is interested in understanding market / client requirements, working closely with engineering team to translate those requirements into product integrations and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a successful launch of integration offerings.Ideal candidates have software business analyst or product management experience, financial software exposure and a huge thirst for personal and professional growth; including expanding knowledge of ERP solutions and technology to best support our customers. Not for the faint hearted, this will be a fast paced and at times, intense role, involving working with internal and external product experts where you’ll be expected to use your product management expertise to navigate teams to ensure successful product development and release readiness/management. Above all, you must love what you do Below are some of the key responsibilities of this role through the lifecycle of managing requirements from inception to product release:Work with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to define integration requirements and ensure alignment with business goals. Conduct detailed gap analysis to identify functional and technical needs for integrations. Document business and technical use cases, user stories, and workflow diagrams for new and existing integrations. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure clear, actionable requirements for development. Provide support for integration go-live activities, including both technical tasks (e.g., defining integration methodologies, establishing testing requirements, reviewing technical documentation) and non-technical efforts (e.g., go-to-market strategies).  Conduct market analysis on industry trends, competitive integration offerings, and customer needs to inform integration priorities. Evaluate third-party APIs, SDKs, and data exchange methods to assess feasibility and best practices. Identify opportunities for new integrations that expand the value of our product ecosystem. Act as a bridge between product, engineering, sales, and customer support teams, ensuring smooth execution of integration projects. Work with external partners and third-party providers to coordinate API access, technical requirements, and testing efforts. Partner with sales and product marketing teams to create messaging and collateral for integrated solutions. Acting as Product Owner, take lead in sprint planning and agile sessions, ensuring requirements are properly implemented. Assist in integration testing and validation, working with QA teams to ensure smooth deployments. Take part in the documentation and readiness associated with ensuring all stakeholders, internal and external, are equipped to engage successfully with integrations. Collect and analyze customer and partner feedback to inform continuous improvement of integrations. Mentor and guide third-party vendors to ensure they build optimal integration solutions.  Qualifications To be successful in this role, we expect you will have at least2-5 years of experience as a Consultant, Product Manager, or similar role in a SaaS, software, or technology-driven environment. Experience working with product integrations, APIs, or third-party solution providers. Excellent skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and writing user stories. Solid understanding of integration concepts, methodologies, and related technologies. Ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis to drive integration strategy. Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams. Possess strong expertise in popular integration and automation tools, such as Workato, Airflow, and APIs, with the ability to investigate and document API connectivity between third-party solutions and Deltek.  Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple integration projects simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience operating with minimal supervision.
