We arelooking for a Kafka Architect who can Work alongside multipleProduction Support Development System Admin Project Managers andEngineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Designdeploy and manage Kafka clusters in a production environmentensuring high availability scalability and reliability. Collaborate with engineering teams to understand dataprocessing requirements and design Kafka solutions that meet theirneeds. Optimize Kafka configurations andperformance to ensure efficient utilization of resources and lowlatency data processing. Develop and maintainKafkarelated tools utilities and automation scripts to streamlinedeployment monitoring and management tasks. Provide guidance and best practices to engineering teamson Kafka usage data modelling and integration patterns. Work closely with operations teams to monitor Kafkaclusters troubleshoot issues and perform capacityplanning. Stay updated with the latest Kafkafeatures enhancements and best practices and evaluate theirapplicability to our environment.

Technical skill you shouldhave:

  • Indepth understanding of Kafka architectureincluding brokers topics partitions producers consumers andreplication.
  • Knowledge of Kafka distributednature fault tolerance scalability and high availability
  • Experience with streaming data processing frameworks likeApache Flink Apache Spark Streaming or Kafka Streams.
  • Knowledge of Kafka integration pattern and best practisesfor integration with various data source
  • Knowledge of containerization and orchestrationtechnologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS Azure or GoogleCloud Platform.
  • Relevant certifications suchas Confluent Certified Developer or Confluent CertifiedAdministrator.
  • Knowledge of containerizationand orchestration technologies such as Docker andKubernetes.
  • Very good knowledge in databasetechnology for both NoSQL DB and SQL DB. Working experience withinmemory DB such as Couchbase would be an advantage.
  • Establish scalable implementation of data managementframework platform and tools stack.
  • Goodknowledge to develop implement and managing BAU operational processfor data quality functionality and capability such as Data QualityStatistics Data Quality Scorecards Data Quality Analysis andWorkflows Design
