JobDescription:USTis looking for a Net suite Administrator who is capable of handlingfollowing responsibilities & Position Expectations TheNetSuite Administrator demonstrates strong influence andcommunications skills to interact successfully and effectively withall departments and as an advisor to the organization on systemefficiency and effectiveness relying on extensive businessapplications experience and understanding of business workflows inrelation to what NetSuite is capable of in configurations.35 years of solid NetSuite Admin experience with advancedunderstanding of the NetSuite platform (SuiteAnalytics NetSuiteconfiguration SuiteFlow SuiteBuilder).Perform daytoday operation maintenance project management changerequest and support tasks for all NetSuite application and theecosystems.Plan review and revise feature configurations and customizations ofNetSuite to meet evolving business and operational needs.Support requests for new/update/termination of users/roles partnersand associated accounts/roles Workflow design maintenance andtroubleshoot.Support NetSuite integration project efforts and be the liaisonwith NetSuite Support/thirdparty advisory firm.Support end user requests for new saved searches reports KPIs anddashboards.Monitor enduser usage daily system scripts and track performance.Provide internal ongoing system/technical support to usersincluding training and maintaining proper system access for allroles.Develop test and deploy customizations utilizing partners andconsultants.Develop document and implement policies procedures and guidelinesto ensure data integrity change protocols customization usage etc.Identify evaluate and recommend other key technologies required tosupport and improve the business process centered on the NetSuiteplatformMaintain uptodate knowledge of NetSuite functionality on newreleases customizations and integrations.Participate in ongoing system training and lead internal trainingsand regular information sharing activities.Responsible for the change management and release process ofNetSuite.Responsible for NetSuite data management which includes governanceand control security and integrity. Knowledge/ Skill RequirementExceptional communication and documentation skills both written andverbalAbility to reprioritize tasks and manage time to deliver results onrequestsStrong interpersonal skills to collaborate with businessstakeholdersHandson experience building complex customizations and workflowswithin the NetSuite environment to improve reportingNetSuiteadministration support and management experience in globaloperationsWorking knowledge of csv imports user provisioning defining rolesreport analytics and scheduling scriptsExperience building connections between NetSuite and externalapplicationsOther tasks/responsibilities as requested by themanagerRequired Skills/Experience 8+ years of progressive experience inHCL WebSphere Commerce v7, v8, v9, WebSphere Application Server,Rational Application Developer/Eclipse, DB2. Experience withmicroservices, containers, and Orchestration frameworks (K8S). 8+years of experience in Java J2EE Technology experiencespecifically: JSP, Servlet, EJB, AOP, JMS, Java Mail, SQL, JDBC,and Struts. Experience in working with Kafka, Redis, ElasticSearch, Akamai, etc. Knowledge of Headless architecture e.g. REACT/NodeJS / GraphQL Open source API knowledge (Apache, ant, axis,commons, Unit, xerces) Experience with jQuery, jQuery Mobile, Dojo,Angular JS, and React JS Experience with continuous integrationtechnologies: Jenkins or QuickBuild and GitHub Knowledge orexperience in the application configuration Service OrientedArchitecture - SOAP / REST Web Technologies - HTML/CSS/BootstrapRapid prototyping Extensive experience working in an AGILE workflowmodel. System Performance management Problem-solving and analyticalthinking Strong oral/written communication skills Knowledge ofMobile technologies PhoneGap/Cordova / iOS / Android / Java / HTML5a plus
