Job Description:

Asa Senior Consultant in Connected Planning unit you will be leadingmultiple projects in a fastpaced team delivering solutions inAnaplan for our Fortune 500 customers as per the customerrequirements. You will leverage your formal education in therelevant field and your professional experience to applyprofessional concepts to work on targeted problems and tasks. Youwill follow standard practices and procedures applicable in yourarea of work to complete your task/deliverable with high qualityunder limited supervision.
Your passion forconceptualizing designing and building models and your ability toask the right questions apply analytical skills technical skillsand reliably complete your deliverable with high quality. Yourdemonstrated ability to consistently achieve this while continuingto improve your knowledge and skills will define success for yourrole.
The primary responsibilities include:
1) Understand clients business planning & performancemanagement processes and related business requirements
2) Conceive and develop Proof of Concept POC models efficiently toprovide pursuit support and establish credibility of Anaplanplatform flexibility with the customers
3) Designeffectively & efficiently to cover processes & requirementsinto detailed blueprint: enterprise models with associated moduleslists / line items and calculations as supported bymultidimensional Anaplan platform
4) Translate designinto development plan / timeline and development effort to generatedetailed staffing plans & project schedules through sprintcycles
5) Manage / support several concurrent customerthreads across pursuit and implementation streams. Ability toselfmanage time across competing priorities for optimalresults.
6) Guide and mentor team members throughout theimplementation process
7) Strong expertise and deepunderstanding of multidimensional modelling
8) Expertskills of Excel spreadsheet modelling macros pivot tables formulascharts etc.
9) Ability to translate current customerspreadsheet models to effective and efficient Anaplan modeldesigns. Design ability to translate complex excel models intoscalable (low sparsity) multidimensional Anaplan models.
10) Strong client facing skills and a successful track record ofengagement management
11) Subject matter expertise inFinancial Planning & Analysis FP&A / Enterprise PerformanceManagement EPM Sales Performance Management (Quota / TerritoryPlanning Incentive Compensation Management) or Sales &Operations Planning S&OP / Integrated Business Planning IBPdomains.
12) Strong understanding of data/integrationboth inbound as well as outbound with customer source systems (ERPCRM APS etc.). Experience with standard connectors like MuleSoftInformatica Cloud Anaplan APIs highly desired.
13)Excellent communication and soft skills. Strong client facingskills and a successful track record of engagementmanagement.
14) Familiarity with Anaplan Agilemethodology.
15) Lead a team of 515 members and managethe deliveries on time.

MinimumQualifications
Bachelors Degree ( ComputerScience Mathematics or Statistics)
relevantexperience
experience of successfully implementingAnaplan solutions as Solution Architect or Model Builder on 3 ormore Anaplan implementation projects
Anaplan HandsOnModel building experience
Advanced Excelknowledge
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience of successfully implementing Anaplan solutions as ModelBuilder on 3 or more Anaplan implementation projects
consulting/implementation prior experience with on premise systemssuch as SAP BPC IBM Cognos TM1 Oracle Hyperion etc.
Delivered projects for large multinational companies in anAnalytical environment
