Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced TPA Cashless Claims Specialist to join our team in Bengaluru. The role involves managing and processing domestic health insurance claims, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to insurance policies and processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills while working closely with customers, insurance companies, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage domestic health insurance cashless claims in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Coordinate with insurance companies, hospitals, and customers to ensure smooth claims settlement.
  • Review and verify claim documents, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
  • Provide effective customer service by addressing queries, clarifying claim status, and resolving escalations.
  • Maintain accurate records of claims processed and support audit requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve claims turnaround time and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and service quality standards.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Claims Processing / Claims Management.
  • Strong understanding of insurance processes and cashless claim workflows.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and documentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team-driven environment.
  • Prior experience in healthcare or insurance industry is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.

Compensation

  • Competitive salary package with 15% hike on your current CTC.
