Position:
 Sr. Backend Developer

Experience Required:
 3+ years (preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

Discuss project goals with the client and development team

Design and build web applications using 
WordPress
, 
Laravel
, 
Core PHP

Troubleshoot implementation issues and debug builds

Collaborate with front-end and back-end developers to ensure seamless execution

Test backend and frontend functionality for accuracy and performance

Ensure integrations (payment gateways, CRMs) run smoothly

Scale projects and features based on client feedback

Maintain and update existing WordPress/Laravel-based applications

Assist in website deployment, including hosting on 
GoDaddy
 or 
AWS EC2 Ubuntu instances

Present work updates in meetings with clients and internal stakeholders

Record and report on development work completed

Allocate tasks effectively based on team members' strengths and ensure timely delivery through proper planning and follow-ups

Mentor and support junior developers by reviewing their work and encouraging continuous improvement

Maintain code quality and consistency through regular code reviews and adherence to best practices

Skills Required:

3 -4 years of hands-on experience with 
PHP
, including unit testing and managing 
REST APIs

Solid understanding of web application design using 
WordPress

Laravel 8

Core PHP

Strong database knowledge with 
MySQL

PostgreSQL

Proficient in CRUD operations via 
MySQL CLI

Frontend integration using

Strong grasp of

MVC architecture

Experience integrating third-party services such as
