Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Shift Supervisor (Injection Moulding) at Dewan Polycaps Pvt. Ltd. in Ghaziabad. The Shift Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations in the injection molding section, including production planning, managing production schedules, and ensuring efficient manufacturing processes. The Supervisor will also be tasked with quality control, maintaining product standards, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Additionally, they will manage the team, coordinate with other departments, and report on production metrics.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Production Planning and Production Management
  • Skills in Quality Control and ensuring product standards
  • Proficiency in Manufacturing Operations and Operations Management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant experience in injection molding is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
