Role Overview:

As the Social Media Manager at Pyrite Technologies, you will take charge of our social media presence by developing and executing innovative social media strategies that align with our marketing goals. Your role will involve managing content creation, overseeing video production, engaging with audiences, and analyzing performance to drive growth. You'll have the opportunity to shape our digital voice and lead a team to deliver engaging and impactful campaigns.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, , and YouTube.
  • Oversee content creation, including shooting and editing videos, graphics, and written posts to maintain consistent and on-brand messaging.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader digital marketing strategies.
  • Monitor social media trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster community interaction to build a strong online presence.
  • Analyze social media performance using analytics tools, creating reports on key metrics, and refining strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Please stay updated on the latest social media best practices, algorithms, and tools to make sure the company's social presence remains competitive.
  • Manage and mentor junior social media team members, providing guidance and support as needed.


Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
  • Expertise in social media editing including Instagram, Canva and Adobe Express.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices.
  • Creative mindset with excellent communication and copywriting skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, interpret social media metrics, and adjust strategies for optimal performance.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns.
  • Leadership abilities to manage a social media team and coordinate with other departments.
