Maximum CompensationOpen to discussionExperience Required7 - 14 yearsWorking Days6 days/weekRole & ResponsibilitiesBuild and establish the best UX research methodologies for the function to drive product innovations that enhance user experience on the websiteIndependently lead and conduct UX research projects across products to generate actionable insights using a variety of methods (e.g., product analytics, web analytics, surveys, contextual interviews, moderated/unmoderated usability testing, card sort, etc.)Conduct exploratory research to identify unknown gaps and opportunities using existing data (product analytics, web analytics and customer behaviour) and new data from initiated studies.Lead critical research efforts and conduct complex multi-phase, mixed-method studies that deepen our understanding of the user experience and drive the customer experience strategyEstablish the best quantitative or qualitative research methodologies for the function.Analyze and synthesize findings to define user personas, user flows, user journeys, experience maps, storyboards as well as task flows; develop strategies and ideas for incorporating into product designs, and work with the team to share research and translate findings into actionablesWork with UX designers, data analytics team, product and business managers to understand information needs/gapsEfficiently translate complex research data into meaningful and consumable insights and assist UX designers in concepts and designsFollow established human-computer interface (HCI) design principles and best-practicesCreate and manage a customer experience metrics to regularly monitor the Digital Experience Score (DXS) encompassing all experience, efficiency and hygiene related metrics.PARTNER MANAGEMENT

Build a partner ecosystem for UX research, journey creation, usability testing and CUGEvaluate vendor capabilities, negotiate terms and review their performance/deliverablesParticipate and own the onboarding of all new partners in the ecosystemCreate a partner engagement framework and drive the same consistently to build stronger relationshipsIdeal Candidate10+years experience in UX research industryDegree and relevant experience in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Data Science, Cognitive Science, or related fieldsProficient working knowledge in HCI research methods, data analytics, multivariate statistics, experimental design, and behavioral analysisProficiency in quantitative and qualitative UX research methods including data analytics, A/B testing, field observations, contextual inquiry, interviews, surveys, interviews, card sorts, concept/feature testing, moderated/unmoderated usability testing, etc.Proficiency in using a variety of UX industry tools used for design, testing, analysis, and documentation/presentation, E.g., Google Analytics, HotJar, Content Square, Notion, Maze, Lookback, Miro, Figma, UserTesting.com, TryMy UI, Qualtrics.Passionate, creative, open-minded, persistent and having a highly collaborative mindsetExemplary attention to detailExcellent stakeholder management, including the ability to deal with stakeholders at all levelsAbility to work in self-directed, fast-paced, results-oriented environmentComfortable dealing with ambiguity and entrepreneurial mindsetPerks, Benefits and Work CultureOur people define our passion and our audacious, incredibly rewarding achievements.
