We are seeking a passionate AI Solutions Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools, workflow automation, and rapid prototyping. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and adaptability to leverage AI technologies for efficient, high-quality solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop applications using AI-assisted platforms and code editors.
  • Build and integrate workflows across multiple systems (automation tools, CRMs, and databases).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy AI-driven solutions.
  • Create rapid prototypes and deliver projects efficiently using AI-first approaches.
  • Support clients and stakeholders by explaining AI-enabled solutions in clear, non-technical terms.
  • Continuously learn and adopt the latest AI development tools and practices.

AI Development Tools

  • Replit (AI-powered code generation & deployment)

- Claude/ChatGPT (AI conversation & coding assistance)

Workflow Automation & Integration

  • n8n (workflow automation)
  • Airtable (database & automation)
  • GoHighLevel (CRM & marketing automation)

Core Technical Skills

  • Rapid prototyping with Vibe Coding or similar approaches
  • API integration (REST APIs, webhooks, third-party services)
  • Experience with no-code/low-code platforms (e.g., Bubble, Webflow)
  • Basic programming fundamentals (JavaScript, Python, or PHP)
  • Git basics for version control in AI-assisted projects

Soft Skills

  • Rapid learning and adaptability to new AI tools
  • Clear communication with non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving using an AI-first approach
  • Time management with focus on quality and speed
