**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Site Engineer to oversee and manage the installation of metal doors at various project sites. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of metal door systems and a proven track record in managing on-site installations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Supervise and manage the installation of metal doors at various project sites.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient installations.
- Ensure that all installations comply with industry standards and client specifications.
- Conduct site inspections to assess progress, quality, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Resolve any on-site issues or challenges promptly to avoid project delays.
- Prepare and submit detailed site reports, including progress updates and any issues encountered.
- Train and guide installation teams on proper techniques and safety practices.
- Maintain accurate records of materials used and work performed.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Site Engineer, specifically in the installation of metal doors.
- Strong knowledge of metal door systems and installation techniques.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using relevant software and tools for project management and reporting.
