Job Title: Sr. Business Development Manager - GenAI/SaaS
Job Responsibilities:
As an SDR at DataNeuron, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth by managing full-cycle sales processes and fostering relationships with key clients. Your responsibilities will include:
Collaborating with Founder/ Product team on Sales Strategy and Planning:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets.
Identify key markets, industries, and potential clients for our AI/LLM and NLP SaaS products.
Collaborate with the leadership team to align sales objectives with overall company goals.
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach to decision-makers.
Leverage industry knowledge to position DataNeuron as a leader in the AI/LLM and NLP space.
Product Knowledge and Demonstration:
Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in AI, LLM, and NLP.
Develop an in-depth understanding of DataNeuron’s product offerings to effectively demonstrate value to potential clients.
Conduct product presentations, webinars, and workshops to showcase the capabilities of our SaaS platform.
Sales Negotiation and Closing:
Lead negotiations and close deals with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
Collaborate with the legal and finance teams to finalize contracts and agreements.
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Reporting and Analytics:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in the CRM system.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts to the leadership team.
Requirements:
SDR Proven track record of success in B2B sales in the AI, LLM, or NLP industry. - MANDATORY.
Strong understanding of AI/LLM and NLP technologies and their applications.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
