Role Description

We are hiring Rust Developers, Golang Developers, and React Native Developers for full-time, on-site roles based in Hyderabad.As a key member of our development team at Dugong Global Services, you will work on exciting projects focusing on Proof-of-Stake (PoS) Blockchain decentralized applications (dApps). This role involves hands-on coding, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to end-to-end project development using agile methodologies.

ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and optimize software applications for blockchain-based systems.Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in Rust, Golang, or React Native, depending on the role.Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver innovative and robust solutions.Work on Proof-of-Stake blockchain dApps, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and technical discussions.Continuously learn new tools, frameworks, and blockchain-related concepts to stay updated with industry trends.Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing solutions to meet project requirements and timelines.

Qualifications

2+ years of hands-on programming experience in Rust, Golang, or React Native (specific to your role).Strong coding experience in blockchain development projects or a keen interest in learning blockchain concepts.Familiarity with Proof-of-Stake (PoS) blockchain ecosystems is a plus.Solid understanding of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum).Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for innovation and attention to detail.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing priorities effectively.Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work seamlessly within cross-functional teams.A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
