This role can be based at any Copeland India location.You will support business users in Oracle CPQ/ EBS Application Suite

You will be adept will continually work with key business users to maintain, enhance, and augment the core capabilities of the Oracle CPQ and Order Management Application. You will be responsible for working enhancements, governance, general support, and break-fix in the Oracle Order booking and shipping area. You will collaborate with internal IT as well as the business users to rectify Oracle functional issues and spec out requirements pertaining to business-requested enhancements.WHO YOU ARE:You show a tremendous amount of initiative in tough situations and are exceptional at spotting and seizing opportunities. You use customer insights to drive and guide the development of new offerings. You serve as a strategic partner to build, grow, and maintain profitable and long-lasting relationships with key accounts.AS A IT ANALYST, YOU WILL:Gather and analyze requirements for new applications, or modifications to existing applications.Be responsible for designing, configuring, testing, implementing, and maintaining Oracle CPQ and Order Management modules.Conduct end-user training and triage support requests across Oracle applications.Address end-user issues and problems without assistance from other functional analysts.Prepare MDs and configurations sheets.Be available for occasional weekend and off-hours on-call support for critical Sev issues and scheduled activities.Participate in medium/large Oracle projects.REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:Bachelor’s degree in computer science/information technology or equivalent.Minimum

years of experience in business analysis utilizing the Oracle CPQ/ eBusiness systems, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Provide comprehensive technical guidance and support to clients and internal teams throughout the entire lifecycle of Oracle CPQ implementation and integration projects.Conduct thorough testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization to ensure the stability, reliability, and scalability of Oracle CPQ solutions.Develop and maintain custom scripts, business rules, and workflows within Oracle CPQ to automate critical business processes and enhance user experience.Provide comprehensive technical guidance and support to clients and internal teams throughout the entire lifecycle of Oracle CPQ implementation and integration projects.Proficiency in Oracle CPQ APIs, BML/BMQL for complex use cases.Experience on Javascript and CSS for BML UI and librariesHands on experience with Oracle CPQ product configuration, constraint rules, pricing rules, and discounting mechanisms.Familiarity with document design and template creation within Oracle CPQ for generating quotes, proposals, and contracts.Knowledge of CPQ integration methodologies, including web services, REST APIs, and middleware platformsStrong communication skills with others at all levels of the organization - ability to collaborate with IT and business to derive the requirements and spec out a solution.Ability to work in a large, global corporate structure.Can-do attitude who seeks, obtains, and applies new knowledge/skills.Demonstrated ability to clearly isolate and define problems, effectively evaluate alternative solutions, and make decisions in a timely manner.Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally to support global implementations.PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:Advanced degreeExperience with Oracle EBS
