Primary Responsibilities

·

Partner with clients and account managers to grasp campaign goals, target audience, and KPIs.

·

Conduct comprehensive research on audience demographics, media habits, market trends, and competitors.

·

Develop integrated media plans utilizing traditional, digital, social, and emerging channels for effective audience engagement.

·

Utilize media planning tools to optimize budgets, resource allocation, and forecast campaign performance.

·

Negotiate with media vendors for competitive rates, added value opportunities, and strategic ad placements.

·

Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and offer actionable insights for optimization.

·

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging media technologies, and best practices in integrated media planning.

·

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery of integrated campaigns.

·

Prepare and present media plans, campaign reports, and post-campaign analysis to clients, highlighting the efficacy and ROI of integrated marketing efforts.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, preferably with an MBA.- 3+ years of proven experience in media planning, ideally within an advertising agency.- Strong understanding of traditional, digital, social, and emerging media channels, including their strengths, limitations, and performance metrics.- Proficient in media planning tools and software such as Nielsen, comScore, Google Analytics, BARC, IRS, RAM, and MAP.- Excellent analytical skills for interpreting data, deriving actionable insights, and optimizing campaign performance.- Demonstrated creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with a knack for collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.
