Engineer for Highway Tunnel Projects - Tunnel ventilation System (m/f)

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering (master's degree preferred).
  • 15 years of experience in tunnel ventilation systems in Highway Tunnel Projects

 

Responsibilities:

  • Design Review and develop tunnel ventilation systems, considering factors like traffic airflow, and fire safety.
  • Conduct airflow analysis to optimize air quality and ensure proper smoke control in case of emergencies.
  • Select appropriate ventilation fans and configure control systems to maintain desired airflow patterns.
  • Collaborate with other engineering disciplines (civil, structural, electrical) to integrate ventilation systems with the overall metro design.
  • Prepare technical documents, including ventilation system layouts, calculations, and specifications.
  • Stay up to date on the latest codes and standards for underground metro ventilation.
