About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to bridge the gap between client requirements and technology solutions. You will play a pivotal role in understanding project needs, translating them into actionable plans, and collaborating with SCRUM teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary liaison between clients and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
Propose innovative solutions aligned with business needs, technical feasibility, and budget constraints.
Prepare comprehensive documentation, including proposals, BRD (Business Requirements Document), SRS (System Requirements Specification), case studies, and other project artifacts.
Contribute to pre-sales efforts and manage multiple client engagements effectively.
Develop work breakdown structures for projects and monitor the status of tasks across various stages.
Collaborate with teams and clients to resolve complex production issues and recommend optimal solutions.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Business Analysis , Pre-Sales , Client Interaction , and Customer Satisfaction .
Strong expertise in creating Case Diagrams , Sequential Diagrams , BRDs , and Techno-Functional Documentation .
Hands-on experience with Agile Methodologies and working in SCRUM environments.
Proven ability to capture and document product requirements while facilitating seamless client communication.
Exposure to one or more domains, such as HRMS , BFSI , Service , or ERP systems.
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science (BE/B.Tech/MCA or equivalent).
SCRUM Certification is mandatory.
