Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Sales Executive located in Delhi, India. The Travel Sales Executive will be responsible for designing customized travel packages, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring excellent customer service. Daily tasks include client consultations, itinerary planning, handling bookings, and collaborating with vendors for travel services. The role requires active engagement with clients and consistent follow-ups to ensure a seamless travel experience for customers.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Sales, Travel Planning, and Customer Service
  • Ability to design Customized Travel Packages and Itineraries
  • Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills
  • Proficiency in Travel Booking Systems and Software
  • Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations
  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the travel industry is a plus, but not mandatory ( Freshers are welcome)

Location: Sarita Vihar, Delhi
