Position Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Motion Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will be
responsible for creating captivating motion graphics and animations that enhance our digital
campaigns, social media content, and video production efforts. You will work closely with
cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life, ensuring that all visual elements align with Noon.com's
brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and produce dynamic motion graphics and animations for digital ads, social media, and
video content that align with Noon.com's brand identity.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute
innovative creative ideas.
- Ensure consistency in visual storytelling across all platforms and adhere to project timelines.
- Handle all phases of motion design projects from concept through execution, including
storyboarding, animating, and final delivery.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in motion design to maintain a
cutting-edge approach in all projects.
- Edit and enhance video content through cutting, color grading, and integrating motion graphics to
create a polished final product.
- Utilize 3D software such as Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar for creating advanced motion graphics
and animations.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field.
- A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in motion design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your
work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Blender, and other
relevant software.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition, with an ability to apply these
principles effectively in motion design.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Open to feedback and able to iterate on designs based on direction from senior team members.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in 3D animation and visual effects using software like Blender or Cinema 4D.
- Knowledge of video editing and sound design.
