Job Description:

We are looking for skilled Boiler Operators with a First Class or Second Class Boiler License to operate and maintain AFBC (Atmospheric Fluidized Bed Combustion) boilers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of boiler operations, maintenance, and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor AFBC Boiler systems to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Perform routine and emergency maintenance of boiler systems.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and ensure minimal downtime.
• Monitor boiler parameters including temperature, pressure, fuel quality, and emissions.
• Adhere to safety regulations and conduct safety checks.
• Maintain accurate logs of operational activities and maintenance.
• Collaborate with engineering teams for process optimization and improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: High School or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Preferred).
• Licenses: First Class or Second Class Boiler License (Mandatory).
• Experience: Minimum 3 years operating AFBC Boilers or similar industrial boilers.
• Skills: Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and system monitoring skills. Familiarity with boiler control systems and safety protocols.
