Responsibilities :

- System Installation and Configuration :

- Install and configure operating systems, software, and applications.

- Set up and maintain hardware components such as servers, storage, and networking equipment.

- IP Phone Configuration.

Network Management :

- Design, implement, and manage organization-wide networks.

- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and ensure network security.

Server Administration :

- Administer and maintain servers, both physical and virtual.

- Perform routine system updates, patches, and upgrades.

- Network Operations Center (NOC) and Security Operations Center (SOC).

- Anti-Virus, malware & ransomware remediation.

- Compliance with internal & external audit requirements for IT assets.

- Monitor and manage firewall &- intrusion prevention systems.

- Implement and maintain security measures to protect systems and data.

- Ensure compliance with security policies and standards.

Backup and Recovery :

- Implement data backup, high availability and disaster recovery strategies.

- Conduct regular data backups and test recovery procedures.

User Support :

- Provide technical support to end-users and resolve hardware and software issues.

- Create and manage user accounts and access permissions.

Monitoring and Performance Optimization :

- Monitor system performance and proactively address issues.

- Optimize system and network configurations for efficiency.

Documentation :

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for systems, configurations, and procedures.

- Create guides for troubleshooting and standard operating procedures.

Requirements :

- 5+ years of experience in a similar role.

- Be abreast of the latest industry trends and emerging technologies.

- Ready to Work from Office.

Location : Hyderabad.
