The role will be required to work with a wide network of cross functional stakeholders to drive the Strategic Business Agenda.Recommend, own & drive “Digital Transformation” roadmapManage & mentor a teamEnsure system driven solution to address audit observationsCollaborate & influence for changes in the system for process simplification & digitizationDigital Transformation agenda:Ask of improving Digital quotient within SCM function, recommend, own and drive the adoption of new digital capabilities for better processes, efficiencies and user experienceOverall co-ordination from concept to actual implementation in agile wayEmbedding new digital capabilities in people and processes for continuous improvementsReview & governance of strategic initiatives as per the plan.Demonstrate thought leadership to bring new digital intervention with “Outside In” approachOperations (Business as usual):Should have experience to advocate simplification in the new requirements or while addressing pain areas in the current processesReview team deliverables as per outlined SLAs for operational excellencePrioritization of new developments in line with value delivery, impact across line of businesses etc.Conducting Stakeholder Surveys & Pain Point IdentificationSystematic solution for Audit observationsCollaborate with Engineering Team to enhance ERP & SCM applications:Alignment on new development prioritizationExplore existing solution for cross utilization in SCM areaProvide input as required and implement the enhancements on specific projects.
