Mail:- MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) Civil Engineer designs, plans, installs, and manages essential building systems (HVAC, power, water, fire safety) within construction projects, ensuring seamless integration with civil structures, compliance with codes, and coordination with architects/contractors for functionality, safety, and efficiency, bridging the gap between the building's structure and its vital services.  Key Responsibilities: Design & Planning: Develop MEP system designs (HVAC, electrical layouts, plumbing networks, fire suppression). Coordination: Liaise with architects, structural engineers, and contractors for integration into overall building plans. Installation Oversight: Supervise the installation and maintenance of MEP equipment (ducts, pipes, wiring, fixtures). Compliance: Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications. Technical Management: Prepare budgets, review technical documents, create reports, and troubleshoot issues.  Core Systems Managed: Mechanical: Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC), chillers, ductwork. Electrical: Power distribution, lighting, fire alarms, security, data networking. Plumbing: Water supply, drainage, sewage, and fire sprinkler systems.  Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering. Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, HVAC/Electrical/Plumbing design software. Knowledge: Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and project management. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork.
