We are looking to hire a corporate finance trainer for a leading services company in Australia.
Role & responsibilities :
Design a Global Finance Training Strategy
Design training modules on various Finance topics.
Delivering trainings with the most appropriate channels (Online webinars, Offline seminars,
Newsletters/"refreshers" communication)
Design induction packages for Finance New-Comers ( finance managers/controllers/CFO),
induction packages for finance team of newly acquired entities
"Sharing of best practices" approach
Liaising with Corporate Learning & Development / L&D Manager to ensure consistency in
process/tools used
Performance indicators :
Customer satisfaction
Integration in the Global Finance Community
Relevant and timely delivery of training
Respect of deadlines when working on specific projects
Positive working relationships with global team
Preferred candidate profile
Qualified Chartered accountant with 5 to 8 years of experience post qualification
Financial controller mindset
Experience as a user of one ERP or Accounting software, preferably Microsoft Dynamics
NAV/SAP
Fair knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite (Word, PPT)
Minimum 100 hours training experience
